How to order

Send a photo
Choose a product, upload your photo and go to checkout from your cart. Add any requests you have.

We send a design
Within 3 business days, we email you a bead pattern design from sales@mamepix.com.

Approve and we make it
Once you approve the design, we place every bead by hand and finish it with an iron. Up to 2 revisions are free.

Delivery
We ship about 2–3 weeks after your approval. Free shipping within Japan; to Taiwan ¥1,300 / Hong Kong ¥1,400 per order (free from ¥15,000), arriving about 1–2 weeks after dispatch. Any customs duties or import taxes are paid by the recipient.
FAQ
What kind of photo works best?
A bright photo where the face or whole body is clearly visible. We remove the background for you, so no need to worry about it.
Can you make it from a pattern I made?
Yes. Send your Pattern Maker design along with your order using “Order it made for you”, and we will make your piece from that pattern.
Can I send a character or logo image?
We cannot accept characters, logos or other images that belong to someone else. Please use photos you took yourself or images you own the rights to.
Can I cancel or return an order?
You can cancel for a full refund until we send you the design. Once we start making it, we cannot accept cancellations or returns, since each piece is made just for you. If it arrives defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will remake it or refund you (we pay any return shipping).
How is my photo handled?
We use it only to make your piece and delete it 90 days after shipping. Photos from orders that did not proceed to payment are deleted after 2 days.
