FAQ
What kind of photo works best?
A bright photo where the face or whole body is clearly visible. We remove the background, so no need to worry about it. For a child’s drawing, photograph it from straight above in good light.
Which size should I choose?
For one pet’s face, 1 pegboard (29×29 beads, about 7.5 cm); for a whole body or two pets, 4 pegboards (58×58, about 15 cm). Not sure? Choose “Your choice”.
Can I use Perler or Hama beads?
Yes. The pattern uses 2.6 mm (MARD) codes and also lists the closest Perler and Hama colors. With 5 mm beads the piece comes out about twice as large.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
You can cancel for a full refund until we send the pattern. After that it is a digital product and cannot be refunded, but one revision is free.
Can I send a character or logo image?
We cannot accept characters, logos or other images that belong to someone else. Please use photos you took yourself or images you own the rights to. Please do not share or sell the PDF.
How is my photo handled?
We use it only to draw your pattern and delete it 90 days after delivery. The PDF can be downloaded for 180 days after delivery.
