Yes. They use only the colors in the 24-color Starter Set, and the bead counts fit what the set holds. The 48- and 72-color sets work too.

Can I make the other free patterns with the Starter Set?

Some use colors that are not in the set. On a pattern page you can add the set and the missing colors to your cart together.
